Alisha Carpino

Alisha Carpino, MBA, has a diverse background in finance and operations. Alisha is currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at Ellington Public Schools since August 2023. Previously, they held the same role at Abby Kelley Foster Charter Public School from September 2020 to July 2023.

Alisha has also been involved in various leadership positions in nonprofit organizations. Alisha was the Secretary of the Board of Directors at Free Urban Extracurricular Learning Corporation since February 2021. At the Abby Kelley Foster Educational Foundation, they served as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors from September 2020 to July 2023.

Prior to their nonprofit work, Alisha gained experience in the corporate sector. Alisha served as the Accounting Manager at Incompass Human Services from August 2015 to September 2020. Before that, they worked as a Senior Accountant at Wayside Youth & Family Support Network from August 2013 to August 2015.

In addition, Alisha has held positions as an Accounts Payable Coordinator at Greater Lawrence Family Health Center from February 2012 to June 2013, and as an Accounting Associate at Immaculate Baking Company from April 2011 to December 2011. Alisha started their career as an Accounts Payable professional at Navisite from May 2008 to April 2011.

Alisha Carpino, MBA, has pursued their education with a focus on business and accounting. Alisha earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. Alisha then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same institution from 2018 to 2023. Additionally, they obtained their Accounts Payable Certification from IOMA/TAPN in May 2013.
