Kevin O'Connor

Kevin O'Connor, MA, MSW, ACC, CPCC, currently serves as the Director of Organizational Learning & Development at Elliot Hospital, a role held since September 2025. Prior to this, Kevin held various positions within Concord Hospital Health System from June 2007 to September 2025, including Senior Organization Development Consultant and Director of Organizational Development. Kevin's extensive experience encompasses organizational development, change management, and performance management across multiple industries, including healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Previous roles include Senior OD/EAP Consultant at Anthem, Inc. and Resource Management Consultants, Inc., as well as Associate Director of Organizational Development/Employee Assistance at Somerset Medical Center. Academically, Kevin holds master's degrees in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University and Social Work from Temple University, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Management from York College of Pennsylvania.
