Jared Kluever

Jared is a licensed attorney with over 8 years of combined tax, planning, and international experience. As a member of the firm’s National Tax Practice and member of the International Tax team, he serves as a firm-wide resource, subject matter expert, and strategic thought-leader. Jared’s experience is primarily outbound and inbound transactions, including merger and acquisition activity, tax efficient structuring options, and cross-border financing strategies. He also has experience with global cash tax reduction and effective tax rate planning, income tax accounting, accounting methods, and reporting requirements.

Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Jared worked at a Fortune 500 company and 2 global Big-Four firms.
