Andrew brings more than nine years of financial accounting and deal experience to his healthcare customer. He has extensive experience with financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and quality of earnings engagements in the healthcare sector.
Andrew’s industry expertise includes deals for private equity groups, venture capital funds, investment bankers, healthcare REITs, and a diverse group of health care providers ranging from $1 million to $4 billion in transaction value. His healthcare expertise spans across the sector and includes physician practices, hospitals and health care systems, ambulatory surgery centers, long-term care facilities, urgent care providers, home health and hospice providers, home care, HME/DME, general and specialty dentistry, behavioral healthcare, managed care organizations, accountable care organizations, MSO’s, GPO’s, healthcare staffing agencies, and revenue cycle management companies. In addition to providing buy-and sell-side due diligence services to customers, Andrew assists with working capital matters, corporate strategy, advising on complex business combinations, and cash flow analyses, as well as providing advice on acquisition agreements.
