Sam Waters is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering, having earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from RMIT University between 1996 and 2000. Sam began a career at Ford Motor Company as an Undergraduate Engineer from July 1998 to June 1999. Following this, Sam joined AE Smith, where a career spanning over 15 years included roles from Undergraduate Engineer to Engineering Team Leader, culminating in the position of Senior Engineer. Since March 2016, Sam has been with Ellis Air Conditioning, progressing from Senior Engineer to Lead Design Manager, demonstrating a commitment to leadership and design excellence in the engineering field.
