David Hagan is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various executive chef and managerial roles in the restaurant and gaming industries. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Ellis Island Casino & Brewery/Village Pubs since February 2015, David previously held positions as Sous Chef at Boyd Gaming and as Assistant General Manager at Airport Concessions, where responsibilities included kitchen management for a new airport restaurant. David's tenure at Primm Valley Resorts included roles as Executive Chef overseeing multiple properties and day-to-day operations at GP’s Steakhouse, along with earlier experience as Executive Chef at Binions Horseshoe, managing diverse food outlets. David's educational background includes attendance at Eldorado High School and Sunset High School.
