Heather Kes

Heather Kes has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as Leader Total Rewards at Ellis Medicine since May 2014, where roles have also included Benefits Manager and Employee Benefits Coordinator. Prior to this, Heather was involved with Traveling Vineyard from August 2011 to December 2023 as a Wine Guide and Ruby Director, and worked at GE as a Pension Analyst from June 2008 to March 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Comfortex Window Fashions from April 2005 to June 2008. Heather holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Springfield College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The College of Saint Rose.
