Marie-Lynn Bromilow, CHRL, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people analytics, total rewards, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of People Analytics & Total Rewards at EllisDon since February 2015, Marie-Lynn has held various roles focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and training initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at Minto Group Inc. as a Recruitment Coordinator/Recruiter/Human Resources Business Partner and as a Human Resources professional at Rove. A graduate of Carleton University with a Bachelor of International Business, Marie-Lynn possesses strong expertise in HR metrics analysis, coaching for employee development, and the implementation of HR programs and strategies.
