Ricardo Santos has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Ricardo started their career at Tampa General Hospital as a Patient Care Assistant from 1990 to 1995. Following this, they worked at All-Green Lawn Care as an Assistant Sales Manager, where they generated and developed new accounts and managed a sales team. In 1995, they joined the Florida Veterans Association as a Courier.
In 1998, Santos began their long tenure at Quest Diagnostics, where they held multiple roles including Receiving/purchasing Clerk II, End User Support Representative, Client Systems Implementation Technician, and Sr. Business Systems Analyst on the National Bridge Support Team. Ricardo'sresponsibilities included providing technical support and resolving issues related to interface solutions for online laboratory ordering products.
In 2015, Santos joined CDI Talent & Technology Solutions as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst specifically for Quest Diagnostics. Ricardo focused on resolving technical issues with practice management software interface solutions and served as a subject matter expert.
Most recently, since 2016, Santos has been working at ELLKAY in various roles. Ricardo started as an Interface Analyst and then transitioned to a Support Analyst role. Currently, they serve as the Quality Assurance Team Lead.
Throughout their career, Santos has gained extensive experience in technical support, interface solutions, customer service, team management, and business analysis.
Ricardo Santos attended Thomas Jefferson High School from 1986 to 1989, where they completed their high school education with a focus on advanced placement courses.
