Sachin Somarajan

Sachin Somarajan is a seasoned professional in compensation and human resources with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Partner at Ellucian since September 2022, Sachin has progressed through various roles, including Compensation Partner and Compensation Analyst. Prior to this, Sachin held the position of Assistant Manager at EY from February 2022 to September 2022 and was a Compensation Analyst at Cargill from May 2018 to February 2022, contributing to Total Rewards decisions. Sachin's career also includes experience at IBM as a Compensation and Global Mobility Analyst focusing on payroll and taxation for South Asian assignees, and an earlier role at EY as an Advance Tax Analyst managing US and Canada payroll. Sachin holds an M.B.A. from PES Institute of Technology and a B.E. in Computer and Information Sciences from T John Institute Of Technology.
