Allison Pagliarello

Allison Pagliarello is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing competitive compensation programs across multiple regions, including Canada, the US, EMEA, and APAC. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Partner at Lightspeed Commerce since January 2024, Allison advises business leaders on compensation policy interpretation and various compensation initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Compensation Consultant at Stantec, where consultation focused on job classifications and total compensation, and Compensation Lead at Unity, overseeing cash compensation programs. Earlier positions included Compensation Analyst and HR Generalist roles at Shopify and Babcock Canada Inc., respectively. Allison holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa.
