Stormie Wells

Director, Business Operations And Strategy at Ellucian

Stormie Wells has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stormie most recently worked at Ellucian, where they held various roles including Director of Business Operations and Strategy, Principal Business Transformation Architect, and Principal Solution Architect. Prior to that, Stormie worked as a Senior Business Process Analyst and Senior Program Manager at Ellucian, where they played a key role in technology enablement and process improvement initiatives resulting in significant time and cost savings.

Outside of Ellucian, Stormie has founded and served as a board member of the Panorama Estates Neighborhood Association, leading major capital improvement projects that significantly increased property values within the community. Stormie was also a co-founder and owner of the Colorado Summit Volleyball Club.

In addition to their professional work, Stormie has contributed to the local community by serving as the Varsity Volleyball Coach at Coronado High School, where they led the team to state tournaments and was awarded Coach of the Year. Stormie has also been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and worked as a Senior Consultant at Electronic Data Systems. Stormie's early career involved serving as the Chairperson of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee at the NCAA. Overall, Stormie Wells brings a wealth of experience in business operations, strategy, process improvement, coaching, and community leadership.

Stormie Wells holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Technology Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Stormie also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and Computer Information Systems from the University of Northern Colorado. In addition, Stormie has obtained the IMPACT Trainer Certification from USA Volleyball in 2013, as well as the Sun Certified Java Developer (SCJD) certification from Sun Microsystems in 2002.
