Victoria Brown

Victoria Brown has extensive work experience in project management, particularly in the higher education sector. Victoria is currently working as a Principal Project Manager at Ellucian, where they oversee ERP and CRM project deliveries for customers in the EMEA higher education market. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Ellucian, where they guided and led global resources, coordinated customer relationships, and contributed to strategic change and service improvement.

Before joining Ellucian, Victoria held several roles at the University of Oxford. Victoria worked as a Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager, where they defined and managed portfolios of projects and developed business cases. Victoria also served as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst, responsible for student systems operations and implementation of IT projects. Additionally, they worked as a Change and Process Manager, driving the development of student administration procedures and utilization of student systems.

Victoria's earlier experience includes working at University College London as an Awards and Assessments Implementation Lead, where they implemented functionality for the student record system. Victoria also worked at Imperial College London, first as a Deputy Academic Administrator and later as a Business Systems Manager.

Additionally, Victoria has obtained several certifications, including the MSP Foundation and Practitioner Certificates in Programme Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2020, AgilePM Foundation from APMG International in 2019, PRINCE2 2017 Foundation & Practitioner from Metier OEC in 2019, and the ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in 2014. Victoria has also completed the Developing Leadership & Management Practice (DLMP) program at the University of Oxford and holds a Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, as well as an ISEB Foundation Certificate in IT-Enabled Business Change from BCS.
