Currently serving as Co-Founder of Paranormal Coffee since February 2023, Brad has also held significant roles at Ellwood National Forge since September 2015, where responsibilities include developing cost models and conducting process analyses. Previously, positions at St. Marys Carbon and Dresser-Rand involved managing customer accounts and acting as a liaison to enhance service delivery. With a solid foundation in technical sales from Allegheny Bradford Corporation and Henkel, Brad possesses a robust background in product development, cost optimization through Six Sigma methodologies, and maintaining strong client relationships.
