Meredith Juchniewicz, MA, ACC, CPTD has a wealth of experience in the learning and development field. Meredith began their career in 2008 as a Student Dispute Resolution Manager and Learning and Development Specialist at Bridgepoint Education. In 2012, they worked as an HRIS Analyst/Training Coordinator (Contract) at LPL Financial. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Training and Development Coach at Road Runner Sports, where they conducted training analyses and met with Subject Matter Experts to create new coursework and adapt current courses for the Road Runner Sports University training platform. Meredith then served as a Senior Training and Development Specialist at GAI Consultants, Inc., where they managed the learning and development program for the entire company. In 2016, they worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at UPMC, where they served as a learning and professional development expert to various departments and functions. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Learning Experience Designer at ELM Learning. Currently, they are a Learning Experience Designer II at DDI | Development Dimensions International.

Meredith Juchniewicz has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Washington University. Meredith then went on to obtain their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Teaching and Learning with Technology from The University of Arizona Global Campus. In 2017-2018, they completed the Professional Coaching Certification Program from Duquesne University. Juchniewicz also has several certifications, including Professional Coach from Duquesne University (2018), HCI/UPMC HR Strategic Business Partner from Human Capital Institute (HCI) (2016), DDI Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International (2014), Certified Professional in Talent Development from Association for Talent Development (ATD) (2013), DISC Certified Facilitator from DISC Certification (2013), and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coaching Federation (2020).
