Khaya Makhubu

Khaya Makhubu is currently a Program officer at The ELMA Philanthropies overseeing a portfolio of direct and fund investments. Prior to this role, Khaya worked as a Senior investment associate at McKinsey & Company specializing in digital transformations and organizational development. Khaya also has experience as an Associate at Standard Chartered Bank focusing on commodity traders and agribusiness. Khaya holds a Bachelor's degree in Business science from the University of Cape Town and a Master of Business Administration from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
