Skip Kumm

Skip Kumm currently serves as the Director of Student Services for Elmhurst Community Unit School District 205, a position held since August 2020, following a tenure as Assistant Director of Special Education. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Researcher at The University of Alabama and as Special Education Department Chair for Chicago Public Schools, where significant contributions included developing behavior modification plans and serving on the Professional Personnel Leadership Committee. Previous roles also encompassed Special Education Case Manager at The Banner School and a brief teaching experience at Learn and Earn and Amundsen High School.
