Natalie Toms has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Natalie has worked as a CFO, Founder, Director, and Finance Director in companies such as Breathe, Diamond Logistics Ltd, QDOOZ, and SCM Construction & Maintenance Ltd. Natalie has expertise in implementing scalable controls, systems, and processes to support growth and improve profitability. Natalie has also provided financial consultancy services to SMEs and start-ups and has experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and business modeling.

Natalie Toms started their formal education in 1981, attending Fullbrook School in New Haw. Natalie completed their schooling there in 1987, but did not earn a specific degree or study a particular field. Natalie then enrolled at CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), where they obtained their FCMA degree in 1996, though the field of study is unknown.
