Carole Westrup has a vast and diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Carole started their career at Safeway in 1980, where they worked in inventory control for seven years. In 1991, they joined Communications Technology Corp as a Financial Analyst and stayed there until 1994. Carole then moved to SIG Simonazzi/Sasib/Stewart Systems, where they worked as an Accounting Manager for nine years.

In 2003, Carole joined Jacuzzi Brands, Corp as the Director of Accounting Shared Services. In this role, they led the transition from multiple redundant accounting departments to a shared service environment. Carole stayed at Jacuzzi Brands until 2008.

From 2008 to 2011, Carole worked at Lineage Power as a Sr. Accounting Manager. In this role, they handled various responsibilities including recruiting and training staff, managing accounting integration of acquisitions, and implementing an internet-based expense reporting program.

Carole joined Lineage Power/GE Energy in 2011 as the Director of Finance - ES Services. Carole worked in this position until 2012 when they moved to Critical Power from GE. At Critical Power from GE, Carole served as the Director of Finance - Global Supply Chain and led a global team providing strategic plant and operational finance support.

In 2014, Carole joined Elo Touch Solutions as the Sr Director of Operations & Services Finance. Later in 2017, they were promoted to Vice President of Finance/Global Controller. In this role, Carole was handpicked by the CFO to lead the transformation of the accounting and operation finance organization, resulting in the successful sale of the company to Crestview Partners in 2018.

Throughout their career, Carole has demonstrated strong financial management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead successful transformations and integrations.

Carole Westrup pursued their education at The University of Texas at Arlington from 1988 to 1990. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Accounting.
