Florence Kiss

Florence Kiss began their work experience in January 2016 as a Marketing Communication Assistant at Elo Touch Solutions. Florence then advanced to the role of Marketing Communications Specialist in November 2016. In this position, they were responsible for marketing automation through Salesforce Pardot, direct communication campaigns, and organizing events and trade shows. Florence also contributed to the development and coordination of sales tools. In August 2019, Florence transitioned to the position of Senior Communications Specialist within the same company. In this role, they implemented digital and advertising campaigns, created content in collaboration with agencies, and utilized marketing automation to bridge the gap between marketing and sales. Florence also executed direct communication and drip campaigns.

Florence Kiss has a diverse education history. Florence obtained a Master's degree in Relations publiques, publicité et communication appliquée from IHECS, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they attended the Business Training Academy to enhance their skills in Microsoft Excel. Florence also attended ADN Technologies to gain expertise in Adobe InDesign and the Business Training Academy again to develop their proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, all in the same year. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed an Erasmus program at the University of Valencia for six months in 2012 and 2013, where they studied communication and media. Florence also holds a Bachelor's degree in étude de la communication et des médias from IHECS, which they earned from 2010 to 2013. Their secondary education was completed at Missoula Sentinel High School in 2009, focusing on biology. Furthermore, they received a Diplôme de l'enseignement secondaire supérieur (CESS) from SacrÉ-Coeur de Jette in 2009, with a curriculum that emphasized English, Latin, and sciences.

In addition to their formal education, Florence Kiss has also obtained a Salesforce Pardot Specialist certification from Salesforce in January 2019.
