Josephine Lu

Josephine Lu has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Josephine began their career in 2002 as a Graphic Designer at Taipei City Gallery and then worked as an Assistant Graphic Designer at Agenda from 2003 to 2005.

In 2006, Josephine joined Logic Controls, where they initially served as a Graphic Designer, responsible for designing various marketing materials and communication assets. Josephine later transitioned to the role of Marketing Coordinator, assisting the VP of Sales and Marketing with tracking expenses, supporting the sales team, and implementing marketing campaigns. Josephine held these positions until 2011.

From 2011 to 2018, Josephine worked at Logic Controls - A Bematech Company. Josephine held multiple roles, including ISV Relationships Manager, Key Account Manager, and eventually VP of North American Sales. In these positions, they managed various accounts, developed business strategies, and achieved sales goals while also collaborating with internal teams and partners.

In 2019, Josephine moved on to Bematech International, where they served as the Department Head of Development and Support, overseeing the development and support functions within the company.

Most recently, they joined Elo Touch Solutions in December 2019 as an Enterprise Solutions Architect. In this role, Josephine leads the development of technical solution strategies, assesses customer IT infrastructure, and works closely with customer-facing teams to drive market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
