Amy Cochran has held a variety of positions in their career. From 2001-2010, they worked as a Real Estate Broker for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. In 2010, they moved to Gordon Food Service as a Customer Development Specialist, where they were responsible for business consulting, developing new business, marketing, and research. In 2016, they became the owner/operator of a mobile food truck and catering service, Chicago Fare Food Truck. Amy utilized social media as a marketing platform and gained over 1200 followers in a 6 month period. From 2018-2022, they worked at KeyImpact Sales & Systems as a Non Commercial Broker Specialist and Distributor Business Manager. Currently, they are a Regional Sales Manager for ESA - Elohi Strategic Advisors, pioneering in greenfield territories for start up Plant Based Food companies. Amy is adept at overcoming objections and presenting food and information.

Her formal education includes a Fine/Studio Arts, General degree from Bradley Bourbonnais High School, which they obtained between 1987 and 1991.
