Talei Fong has worked in various roles in the past 15 years. In 2021, they began working as a Sales Support Manager at ESA - Elohi Strategic Advisors, where they are responsible for working closely with the Sales Team in executing strategies to achieve targeted sales goals, managing and developing a team of sales support professionals, and recording sales trends and liaising with sales managers to develop tactical plans. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Customer Service Analyst at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, where they were responsible for managing complex customer orders, serving as a central contact person for all supply chain inquiries, and facilitating customer satisfaction. From 2009 to 2019, they worked as an Administrative Manager at Home Delivery Logistics, where they assisted with management of calls from customers and delivery teams, provided helpful product and service knowledge to customers, and acted as an impartial liaison between contractors and customers. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Customer Account Specialist at American General Financial Ser, where they managed day-to-day administrative activities, delivered top-tier customer service, and performed both routine and advanced cashier duties.
