Michelle Fuentes

Michelle Fuentes has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Michelle started their career as the Library Circulation & Stacks Project Executive at the University of Southern California, where they managed inventory operations, executed projects and events, and implemented onboarding programs. Michelle also worked as a Circulation staff member, providing customer support and addressing patrons' needs. Michelle then transitioned to the music industry, working at Billboard's 2016 Live Music Summit & Awards.

Michelle later joined the tech industry as an Operations Specialist at Bird, where they specialized in operational tasks. Michelle then moved to Albert as a Recruiting Coordinator, supporting multiple divisions by streamlining recruiting processes and enhancing the candidate experience. Michelle continued their career at Elpha, serving as a Community Manager, and at 81cents, where they worked in Operations and Customer Success. In 2023, they participated in a skills-based mentorship program at The Commons, where they completed a data analysis project and gained a deep understanding of tech business models.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong skills in operations, project management, customer support, and data analysis.

Michelle Fuentes has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business. Michelle also has a Minor in Music Industry from the USC Thornton School of Music. In-progress, Michelle is currently pursuing a Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Google.
