Erica Hess has a diverse background in the legal field, with experience ranging from judicial clerkships to legal search firms. Currently, Erica holds the title of Managing Director at ELR Legal Search, a premier legal search firm offering professional attorney placement services. Prior to this role, Erica held positions at companies such as Major, Lindsey & Africa and ABGi USA, showcasing their expertise in the legal recruitment industry. Erica has also interned and worked at various legal organizations, displaying their commitment to the legal profession. Erica holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Ohio Northern University—Claude W. Pettit College of Law, as well as a B.A. in Political Science and Public Policy and Community Service from Emory & Henry College.
