Katarzyna Estrada Paz

Katarzyna Estrada Paz has extensive experience in education and the arts, currently serving as an English Learner Program Teacher and Substitute Teacher at Chicago Public Schools since August 2016. Additionally, Katarzyna works as an Associate ESL Instructor for ELS Educational Services, Inc., teaching grammar, reading, writing, and vocabulary to international students. As a freelance violinist for The Northbrook Symphony Orchestra, Katarzyna has demonstrated a commitment to the arts alongside educational roles. Previous positions include long-term substitute teaching at Chicago Public Schools and various roles at Northern State University, where Katarzyna served as an Intensive English Programs Instructor, Residence Hall Coordinator, Resident Assistant, and Graduate Assistant. Katarzyna holds a Master’s of Science in Education with a focus on English as a Second Language and Special Education from Northern State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and Education from North Park University.
