Theodore Handel

Theodore Handel is an experienced English language instructor at ELS Educational Services, Inc., where responsibilities include conducting classes in Structure and Speaking, as well as Reading and Writing for students across all proficiency levels since December 2009. Prior to this role, Theodore Handel served as a System Network Engineer at Telcordia Technologies from March 1988 to July 2003, focusing on the setup and maintenance of UNIX networks to support software development. Theodore Handel holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Math/Science Education from the Florida Institute of Technology, earned between 2008 and 2012.
