Radhika Balu has over 15 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Customer Service Support at Eltech Appliances in India since January 2020, Radhika previously held a similar position at Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd. from December 2007 to January 2020. Radhika began professional career as an Office Administrator at Excellent 2 Publicities, where responsibilities included managing petty cash and billing.
