Kasturi Bidkar

Kasturi Bidkar is a Bioinformatics Analyst at Elucidata since January 2023, previously serving as a Bioinformatics Analyst Intern, during which responsibilities included leading metabolomics profiling using the ELMAVEN application and pioneering a Docker-optimized XCMS pipeline for improved data processing. Prior experience includes serving as a Teacher Assistant at the National Institute of Technology Warangal from June 2022 to June 2023, where duties involved instructing lab classes, grading, delivering guest lectures, and addressing student inquiries. Kasturi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Sinhgad College of Engineering (2016-2020) and a Master of Technology in Biotechnology from the National Institute of Technology Warangal (September 2021 - June 2023).
