Shaughnessy Hodge, PMP

Shaughnessy Hodge, PMP has over 25 years of work experience in the military and corporate sectors. In 1995, they began their career as an Armor/Cavalry Officer with the US Army. In 2002, they joined the Washington National Guard, where they served as a Stryker Brigade Combat Team Commander, Director of Operations, Plans and Training (G3), Director of Joint Operations, Plans and Training (J3), and Combined Arms Battalion Commander. In 2020, they joined USAA as a Hire Our Heroes Corporate Fellow in the Agile Portfolio Management Office, providing portfolio and program oversight for the Bank Business Intelligence and Analytics business unit. They also joined ELYON International as Vice President and Managing Director, Defense and Federal Programs.

Shaughnessy Hodge, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's Degree in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College. In 2020, Hodge obtained certifications in Microsoft Project 2019 and Project Online Desktop Essential Training, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB), and Project Management Professional (PMP). Additionally, Hodge holds certifications in Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) Specialist, Dual Status Commander, G-300, and ICS-100, 200, 700, 800 from NORAD & US Northern Command and FEMA.
