Khalil El Quortobi

Khalil EL QUORTOBI is an experienced project director and manager, currently serving as the #eM-Rhône Project Director and Senior Project Development Manager at Elyse Energy since October 2022. With a background in engineering and project management, Khalil has held significant roles at AQUILA UK ENGINEERING LTD, STORENGY, and Total, among others, where expertise in commissioning, site management, and project supervision was demonstrated across various large-scale projects, including gas storage facilities and nuclear power plants. Khalil holds a Master's degree in Material Science from École nationale des ponts et chaussées and a Master of Engineering in Structural & Fluid Dynamics from ENSEIRB-MATMECA.
