Tyler Wood

Tyler Wood began their work experience as an Information Technology Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems in December 2016. Tyler developed recruiting strategies, evaluated and screened candidates, and negotiated employment terms. Tyler then became an Account Manager in May 2020, supporting local clients with their IT initiatives. In 2021, they worked as a Recruiter at Wayfair. In February 2022, Tyler joined LevelUP as a Senior Talent Advisor, providing talent and HR advisory services. Finally, in August 2022, they became the Lead Recruiter at ELYSIS™, contributing to the development of revolutionary methods for aluminum production.

Tyler Wood holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Illinois Central College.
