Lo Shih's work experience includes:

- From 2008, Lo Shih worked as the Chief Architect at Elysium Technology Group (ETG), the technology arm of Elysium Capital Group (ECG). ETG provides post-trade solutions for clients in the Foreign Exchange, Futures, and Cryptocurrency markets. Lo Shih played a key role in developing and managing ETG's flagship software, Mission Control, which focuses on regulatory compliance and real-time post-trade process completion.
