Mai Shahin

Mai Shahin has extensive experience in various roles related to client relations and information management within the MENA region. Currently serving as Head of Handover and Client Relations at Emaar Misr, Mai oversees daily operations to ensure smooth handover of units to owners. Prior to this, Mai held roles such as Account Manager, Product Manager, Senior Information Specialist, and Content Editor at EMIS, focusing on client satisfaction and revenue maximization. Mai also served as Operations Officer at Coldwell Banker Egypt. Mai holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
