Carly is a PMP-certified project manager with 10+ years of experience improving processes and developing cross-functional teams to execute projects. As Director of Project Management, she oversees emagine’s project managers, UX, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Carly’s experience ranges from managing international events, global rebranding initiatives and digital marketing efforts to full lifecycle software development. Throughout these experiences, she has honed in on key project and account management skills that manifested into establishing company-wide PMOs, solidifying best practices and improved project delivery. She believes in the power of servant leadership and emphasizes this in her day-to-day work.
