Frédéric Snauwaert

Frédéric Snauwaert is an experienced Design Director currently leading design initiatives at Emakina and deSter Food Service, gategroup since 2021 and 2020, respectively. Prior to these roles, Frédéric was a Partner and Director at Matter of Manner from 2012 to 2021 and served as Design Director at the gategroup Innovation Centre between 2016 and 2020. Other notable positions include Lead Graphic Designer at deSter and various Art Director roles at 10AM Communications, Equus Design Consultants, and Page One Publishing. Frédéric's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Graphic Design from St-Lucas and certificates in Design Thinking and Service Design from MIT Sloan School of Management and Royal College of Art, respectively. Frédéric emphasizes the importance of creating products that not only fulfill functional requirements but also resonate with human stories through research and creative problem solving.
