Thomas de Vos

Thomas De Vos is an experienced innovation strategist and AI captain at EPAM Systems since January 2021, alongside a long-standing role as innovation and mobile manager at The Reference/Mobile starting in March 2008. Thomas has a strong background in mobile business consultancy, multichannel strategies, and innovative project management, also serving as the mobile competence center manager at Emakina since February 2008. Previously, Thomas held key positions such as account manager at The Reference and sales engineer at Nickelodeon Mobile Solutions Limited. Thomas began their career as a pre-sales consultant at xCA and as a senior graphic and interface consultant at The Reference. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in graphics and digital media from HOGENT and a graduate degree from Don Bosco Zwijnaarde.
