Luxolo Twani

Luxolo Twani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various fields, including journalism, education, and public service. Currently serving as an Archives Clerk at Emalahleni Local Municipality since February 2015, Luxolo also functions as a VIP driver and political adviser, focusing on the protection and transportation of political principals. As a reporter for Eastern Cape Today since September 2011, Luxolo emphasizes positive developmental stories. Experience as a videographer at Sun Media began in January 2005, covering significant events and creating documentaries. Prior to these roles, Luxolo presented jazz music on Lukhanji FM from April 2011 to July 2014 and taught History and IsiXhosa at Sijongephambili High School from February 1996 to July 2011. Luxolo holds multiple degrees from the University of Fort Hare, including a Master's in African Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in African Languages and a Higher Diploma in Education, and has completed a Further Diploma in Education Management from the University of Pretoria.
