Tarek Adel Abdalla -

Tarek Adel Abdalla has a strong work experience in various managerial and leadership roles within the software development industry. Tarek Adel started their career at Sakhr Software as a software developer before moving on to become a Software Project Manager at GIT. At GIT, they introduced object-oriented programming and developed a configurable card issuing package to streamline the company's operations. Tarek Adel then joined GET Group as the Director of Software Development, where they led a distributed team and executed software projects for government, organizations, and the private sector across multiple countries. During their time at GET Group, they also performed pre-sales activities and managed tender responses and demos. After that, they worked at CIT VERICASH as the Technical Operation Director, where they managed various teams and successfully delivered international mobile payment and banking projects. Currently, they are the Director of Software Manufacturing at emaratech, where they oversee multiple teams in the development and operation of time-critical government services.

Tarek Adel Abdalla holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Paris ESLSCA Business School, which they obtained between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's in Computer Engineering at Cairo University from 1989 to 1994. Additionally, Tarek has earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Institute of Project Management. Tarek Adel also holds various certifications related to project management and agile practices, obtained from institutions such as LinkedIn and Microsoft.
