Michaela Braun

Michaela Braun is an experienced HR Enablement and Capacity Manager at EMARK since January 2016, where responsibilities include developing and administering human resources plans, planning and controlling HR activities, and managing HR marketing. Michaela also focuses on capacity management, ensuring resources align with business needs, and contributes to team development through hiring and training. Prior to this role, Michaela served as a User Adoption Specialist/Trainer at EMARK, facilitating external training and enabling new staff. Michaela's career began at ZUNO Bank as a Risk Analytic Support, verifying credit product applicants and training new colleagues. Michaela holds a Master's degree with honors in Management from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave and completed secondary education at Gymnázium Ivana Horvátha.
