Head Of People & Culture at InfoCentric

Bianca Lobo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bianca is currently working at InfoCentric as the Head of People & Culture, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a People & Culture Lead from May 2021 to July 2022, and as a Human Resources Advisor from March 2021 to May 2021.

In addition to their role at InfoCentric, Bianca has also worked as a Business Specialist (contractor) at OrgMent Business Solutions since January 2022, and as the Managing Director of their own consulting firm, Lobo Consulting, since January 2022.

Before these recent positions, Bianca gained extensive experience at FBG Group, a boutique management consulting firm. Bianca served as a Senior Operations Advisor from July 2020 to March 2021, an Operations Advisor from December 2018 to July 2020, and as an Office Manager/Team Support from October 2017 to December 2018. At FBG, Bianca provided advice, innovation, and support in HR, operations, and administration.

Outside of FBG, Bianca held leadership roles at Rotaract Australia, serving as the Chair from July 2018 to June 2019, and as the District Rotaract Representative from July 2015 to July 2016. Bianca also gained experience in the retail industry as a Retail Training & Development Administrator at Specsavers from June 2016 to October 2017, and as an Optical Assistant from March 2013 to June 2016. Additionally, Bianca interned at Adecco Australia as a member of the People and Culture Team in 2014, and worked as a Casual Retail Employee at Cotton On Group from December 2010 to June 2012.

Bianca Lobo's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.C.) from Monash University, where they studied Psychology and Human Resource Management from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they attended Open Colleges and obtained a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40110, specializing in Workforce Development and Training. In 2018, Bianca attended CPR First Aid and completed the HLTAID003 - Provide First Aid course, focusing on Health and Wellness, General. Prior to their tertiary education, Bianca attended Mac.Robertson Girls' High School from 2006 to 2009.
