Adam Miszta

Adam Miszta has over 19 years of work experience in various HR roles. Adam currently serves as the Global Head of People Operations at Emarsys, where they have been since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of People Director EMEA at Emarsys from March 2021. Before joining Emarsys, Adam worked at Marley Spoon as the Head of People Operations EU from April 2017 to March 2019. Adam also gained significant experience at Apple, where they served as a People Leader from April 2014 to March 2017 and as a Family Room Manager from April 2012 to March 2014. Additionally, Adam has held positions at Build-A-Bear Workshop as an Area Manager, Market Trainer for Germany, and Store Manager from 2007 to 2012. Adam began their career at BG Handels GmbH as a Store Manager from August 2004 to July 2007. Adam's early work experience includes roles at music arts as a Kulturmanager from June 2003 to July 2004 and at ift - Institut für Unternehmensberatung und Training as a Junior Consultant from May 2002 to May 2003.

Adam Miszta has a degree in Human Resources Management from Deutsche Akademie für Management. Adam also studied Employment Law at IHK Berlin, International Business Administration at Universität Klagenfurt, and Theaterwissenschaft und Publizistik at the University of Vienna. Additionally, they have a Mag. art. degree in Theater-, Film- und Fernsehwissenschaft, Philosophie, Komparatistik from the University of Cologne.
