Noor Shamira has a diverse work experience in copywriting, content marketing, brand and content strategy, beauty writing, and marketing. Most recently, they worked as a Copywriter/Content Writer at Emax Beauté International Sdn Bhd, where they created and translated copies for multiple brands and platforms targeting Malay audiences. Prior to that, they worked as a Content Marketing Specialist at L'Occitane Malaysia Sdn Bhd, focusing on creating beauty content and coordinating live streams and collaborations with influencers. Noor also had experience as a Brand & Content Strategist at Media Prima Berhad, a Senior Beauty Writer at Blu Inc Media, and a Copywriter at Avon. Noor Shamira's earliest work experience was as a Marketing Executive at Naturalife Solution Sdn Bhd, where they managed various marketing tasks such as advertising, content creation, event organization, and market research. Noor also worked as a Beauty Writer at Kumpulan Media Karangkraf.

Noor Shamira earned a Diploma in Media & Mass Communication from Universiti Teknologi MARA, where they studied Communication and Media Studies from 2007 to 2009. Noor further pursued their education at the same institution, receiving a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in Advertising from 2009 to 2011.
