Jennifer Henkel Irmcert

Jennifer Henkel IRMCert has extensive experience in risk and resilience management. Jennifer currently holds the position of Head of Risk & Resilience at Embark Group, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Risk Manager at the same company from September 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining Embark Group, Jennifer worked at Alliance Trust Savings for six years. Jennifer'sroles at the company included Risk Manager from November 2017 to August 2020, Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst from May 2016 to November 2017, and Senior Service Quality Representative from January 2015 to May 2016. Jennifer initially joined Alliance Trust Savings as an Operations Administrator in February 2014.

Jennifer's earlier work experience includes sales assistant roles at Whitbread from July 2011 to January 2014 and Papa Joe's Restaurant from 2009 to 2011. Jennifer also gained experience through internships at Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce as a Business Project Co-ordinator from October to December 2013, and at the University of Dundee as part of the Student Services team in 2010.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated strong customer service skills, the ability to resolve complaints, and a proactive approach to risk management. Jennifer is a certified Associate of the Institute of Risk Management.

Jennifer Henkel IRMCert has a strong educational background with a focus on German studies and economics. Jennifer pursued their tertiary education at the University of Dundee, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed stage 1, stage 2, and stage 3 of their German studies at the University of Dundee from 2012 to 2019.

During their high school years, Jennifer attended Bell Baxter High School, where they have Standard Grade and Higher level qualifications. Additionally, they completed their eighth-grade education at Iron Horse Middle School in California, where they graduated with a 4.0 average. Jennifer'smiddle school education covered subjects such as American History, Physics, Geography, Algebra, English, Drama, and more.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jennifer has also obtained several certifications. Jennifer passed the Practice of Risk Management in Financial Services and Principles of Risk and Risk Management in Financial Services examinations with Merit from the Institute of Risk Management in August 2021. Furthermore, they received a Certificate of Operational Risk Management from The Institute of Operational Risk (IOR) in June 2018.
