Albert Castro has over 18 years of extensive experience in the insurance and appraisal industry. Currently serving as the Md Manager at Embark since August 2011, Albert has previously held significant roles including Appraisal Manager at Windhaven Insurance from August 2011 to March 2022, where management of a multi-state appraisal department was a key responsibility. During tenure at Windhaven, Albert facilitated relations with external vendors and supported Claims Adjusters. Prior experience includes serving as Appraisal Claims Supervisor at United Automobile Insurance Company, focusing on auto product development and team leadership, and as a Field Appraiser at Amstar Insurance Company.
