Kim Mach has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Kim began their career as a Teller at Currency Exchange International America Corp. in 2012, where they sold currencies and provided guidance to customers. Kim then joined Bank of America in 2014 as a Teller/Foreign Exchange Specialist, where they handled cash, conducted currency transactions, and managed the Foreign Currency vault.

In 2015, Kim transitioned to Wayfair, where they first worked as a Sales and Service Consultant/Delivery Specialist, providing exceptional customer service and handling multiple orders simultaneously. Kim later became a Media Operations Coordinator, overseeing the intake and management of proprietary media, and providing guidance to offshore teams.

Kim's next role was at Itoya Topdrawer Corp. in 2019, where they served as a Web Operations Coordinator. In this position, they acted as a warehouse manager, optimizing inventory control and overseeing the fulfillment center's operations.

Currently, Kim is working at Embark Veterinary since 2019. Kim started as a Logistics Specialist, collaborating with the team to optimize shipping operations and improve customer satisfaction. Kim also served as a liaison between the Customer Service and Logistics teams, creating processes to enhance the overall customer experience. More recently, they became the CS Team Lead - Logistics Specialist, where they interviewed and assembled a team of Logistics Specialists and produced standard operating procedures to ensure seamless training and onboarding.

Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated proficiency in various software tools such as Shopify, eFactory, ShipStation, and Zendesk. Kim has also developed strong skills in process management, database utilization, and customer service.

Kim Mach attended Jeremiah E. Burke High School from 2004 to 2008. After completing high school, Kim went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art at UMass Boston from 2008 to 2013.
