Karen Drebo

Through Karen’s 25+ years of HR experience, she has learned to quickly recognize procedural gaps and develop solutions which have not only helped streamline the recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes, but have created more intentional first impressions with talent. Partnering with all levels of the organization, she cultivates a work environment that promotes employee engagement, prioritizes professional growth, and inspires collaboration.
