Landon Kirk has a diverse work experience in the field of behavioral health. Landon co-founded Calo Programs in 2007 and served in various executive roles including CEO, COO, and CCO. Landon ensured clinical integrity, supervised staff, facilitated training meetings, and managed budgets. Landon also co-founded Embark Behavioral Health and currently holds the position of Chief People Officer. At West Ridge Academy, they worked as a therapist and campus administrator, overseeing residential employees and managing budgets.

Landon Kirk (He/Him) has a comprehensive education history in the field of social work and related disciplines. Landon obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they pursued their studies at Brigham Young University - Idaho from 1995 to 1999, where they focused on Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Professional Counseling.

Furthering their educational qualifications, Landon pursued a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Brigham Young University between 2001 and 2003.
