Vilia Mam serves as the Chief Executive Assistant to the Ambassador's Office at the Embassy of Israel since July 1999, responsible for managing the Ambassador's schedules, organizing official events, and enhancing public relations with high-level officials. Prior experience includes managing cultural affairs to promote Israeli art and culture across festivals and fairs. Vilia Mam's background also features roles as an interviewer and researcher for projects related to Holocaust survivors, including work with the Museo Memoria y Tolerancia and the Survivors of the Shoa History Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in History from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Sciences from Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana, complemented by seminars at Silberman Faculty and Yad Vashem.
