Frederick J. Tavani

Frederick J. Tavani, Jr., CMRP has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement. Frederick currently works as a Business Relationship Director at EmblemHealth, where they have been successful in leading initiatives that resulted in over $12 million in savings. Frederick has also received three service excellence awards. In this role, Frederick works closely with internal business owners to develop enterprise-wide contracting strategies and manages the end-to-end procurement process. Frederick has also created a sourcing event process workshop that serves as a blueprint for sourcing events. Prior to their current position, Frederick worked as an independent consultant and as the Corporate Vice President of Materials Management at Centerlight Health System. Frederick also has additional certifications, including "Microsoft Project 2010 Essential Training" from Lynda.com, obtained in May 2017, and the "Certified Materials & Resource Professional" certification from the American Hospital Association.
